One of the best coffee spots to work remotely from!☕️💻👩🏼‍💻 If you go to the Coffee Guy Underground location (across from the original shop), they have a whole room underground that is accessed by the stairs on the left-hand side! Atmosphere: I love how they decorated the interior that has a modern, clean wood-accent look! On a sunny day, a lot of natural light comes in through the large windows surrounding the front of the shop; and if you’re looking for a quieter space to get down work done, you can just head downstairs and sit at one of the tables or booths! Service: The people that work here are very kind! Jordan Hovind always has a great attitude and makes sure that you’re taken care of. Menu items: I’ve tried a few things at this point and have really liked the following specialty drinks: Funky Monkey (chocolate + banana), Coconut Cream Pie (coconut + cupcake), and Honey Bee Honey Latte (honey + cinnamon syrup)! I’ve also had their chicken salad wrap, cinnamon rolls, cookies, muffins, and waffles! You can get different flavorings for all. My go to is the chicken salad wrap, and my absolute favorites are the waffles—they’re amazing! I look forward to working remotely from here again and trying more specialty coffee flavors (with a side of waffles, of course)!☕️🧇

How have we not stopped here yet! When you're searching for a coffee shop in Pensacola, Coffee Guy is a name that's sure to pop up. With multiple locations, including their "Original" and "Underground" spots on North Davis Highway, this local institution has a reputation that precedes it. But like any popular spot, the experience at Coffee Guy is a mixed bag, with plenty of highlights and a few points of contention. Coffee Guy's menu is what truly sets it apart. They boast a massive selection of creative and unique lattes, with a wide variety of sugar-free options—a major plus for those with dietary restrictions or a preference for less sweetness. The "Velma," a white chocolate and raspberry latte, is a fan favorite, as are drinks like the "Snickerdoodle" and the "Redneck Latte." They also offer classic coffee and espresso drinks, smoothies, and teas, so there's truly something for every palate. The quality of the drinks is often praised, with many customers loving the flavor and customization options. In addition to the drinks, Coffee Guy offers a small but satisfying food menu. The homemade chicken salad is a particular highlight, available as a wrap or a croissant sandwich. They also have breakfast items like bagels and muffins, as well as a variety of gourmet cookies and slices of cake. We loved the waffles!!!! The atmosphere is generally described as bright, energetic, and family-friendly, making it a comfortable place to study, work, or catch up with friends. The café is often decorated seasonally and has a homey feel, which adds to its charm. Great gift shop items. We went home with some merch. While the drinks and the atmosphere are generally well-received, a quick search online reveals a very different side of the Coffee Guy experience. Coffee and eye care, together in the same shop? An odd combination. However, the coffee was great. The cakes on display looked delicious, but unfortunately we had to skip this time. They have quite a bit of options for anyone looking for cold or hot drinks. The atmosphere is very nice. The setup of the shop has been thought through well. Parking is easy or you can drive through. The service was also very good.

Walking into this coffee shop you instantly smell the delicious fresh coffee brewed. Walking up to the counter you can check out their fresh slices of cake they have already packaged for you. This place does not disappoint. I’ve come in 3 times now since I’ve been in business in Pensacola and I will DEFINITELY be back! Friendly faces behind the counter and knowledgeable of their menu. The service was excellent & fast. My food came out nice and HOT and my coffee was delicious! Get the extra espresso shot! It’s worth it. I honestly can’t wait to visit again soon. Skip Starbucks and come here!

The staff were so warm and welcoming as soon as I arrived. Absolutely delicious and fresh options for food and drink. The coffee flavoring was PERFECT! I often find myself buying coffee from other shops that dont have enough flavoring. The flavors ARE WHAT IS LABELED without taking away from the coffee flavor or being too sweet. Perfect balance, goregous atmosphere, and they treated my pup like family (plus a yummy pup cup!).

Coffee Guy Cafe is an asset for Pensacola, a great place to study, meet with friends, and indulge in enjoyable coffee, as well as tasty treats. I love to stop here when passing through town. Love the Friday special also! Always excellent service!

Great open space and ambiance lots of seating lots to look at. The muffin was a little stale, but the matcha and coffee were great. They were really busy with the drive thru, which slowed the service inside
